GatePay does not require you to create an account. We do not collect personal information, email addresses, or identification documents. Our service is designed to be used anonymously.
Payment processing is handled by GatePay's API infrastructure. Card data is processed by PCI-compliant processors and is never stored on our servers. Wallet addresses provided by merchants are stored solely for the purpose of processing payouts.
The GatePay marketing website (gatepay.to) is a fully static site. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party trackers. The checkout pages (checkout.gatepay.to) may use session cookies necessary for payment flow only.
Payment processing is provided by GatePay's infrastructure. Crypto exchange services are provided by decentralised third-party DeFi protocols. Virtual card services are provided by third-party card issuers. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
