GatePay does not require you to create an account for payment processing. We do not collect personal information, email addresses, or identification documents for card or crypto payments. Our payment services are designed to be used anonymously.
The merchant dashboard and merchant profile are optional features. You may optionally create a merchant profile to save your wallet address and payment preferences.
If you create a merchant profile (via Discord or Telegram login), we store:
This data is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV and is necessary to enable the merchant profile features (payment link generation, sales history). We do not share this data with third parties.
Payment processing is handled by GatePay's infrastructure. Card data is processed by PCI-compliant processors and is never stored on our servers. Wallet addresses provided by merchants are stored solely for the purpose of processing payouts and routing payments.
Order records (email, product, amount, currency, payment status, transaction ID) are stored to populate your sales history in the dashboard. These records are associated with your merchant account and are accessible only to you.
Discord Bot: When you log in with Discord, we use OAuth2 to authenticate you and fetch your server list (for server permission checks only). Your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and guild IDs are stored in a session cookie for 7 days.
Telegram: The Telegram Login Widget authenticates you directly via Telegram. We verify the login signature using your Telegram user ID and store a session for 7 days. Telegram does not share your personal data with us — only your user ID and username are captured from the login widget.
Session data is stored securely in Cloudflare Workers KV with a 7-day expiration. Logging out clears your session immediately.
The GatePay marketing website (gatepay.to) does not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party trackers. We do not collect behavioral data.
The dashboard (dashboard.gatepay.to) uses a single session cookie (gp_session) for authentication. The checkout pages (checkout.gatepay.to) may use session cookies necessary for payment flow only.
Payment processing is provided by GatePay infrastructure. Crypto transactions are processed via blockchain networks and decentralised DeFi protocols. Virtual card services are provided by third-party card issuers. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
Authentication is provided by Discord (OAuth2) and Telegram (Login Widget). Each service has its own privacy policy.
Merchant profile data (wallet address, display name, currency) is retained as long as your account is active. You may clear your wallet address from Settings at any time.
Order history is retained indefinitely for your sales records. Sessions expire after 7 days of inactivity.
