GatePay provides access to payment gateway APIs, crypto exchange services, and virtual card issuance. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis. Some underlying services are operated by third-party providers, each with their own terms.
You may not use GatePay for any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the purchase/sale of prohibited goods and services. Merchants are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, Apple Pay®, Google Pay®, PayPal®, Klarna®, and other payment brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. GatePay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.
GatePay shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. All payments are final and irreversible. Merchants bear full responsibility for their use of the API and checkout services.
GatePay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
